best oils for 1jz ?

right wats the best oil for 1jz engine ? and how much exactly does it take ?

also while on the subject , what gear box and diff oil is best and how much is used ?

and what plugs are recommended ?

i use valvoline vx1 race oil 20w50 and got a year of dogging on it never had an issue, i use siloline silktrans gear oil

cool , yeah heard that valvoline supposed to be good stuff alright..

I use 5.5 litres of Mobil 15w 50, and half a litre of Lucas oil stabilizer, and it takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
