if you mean best for drivers , then i cant simply cant comment , but fermoy , citywest or punchestown look to be excellent courses..
If you mean best for spectators , then Fermoy can not be matched ... the tiered banks mean everyone gets a great view of the action .
Nothing worse than being stuck 3 rows back behind some security fence with a colossus in front of you blocking half the track .

imo rd 5 fermoy this year was a great layout bit of a bump on the main sweep but still good...would love to try bc too tho
