Yeah a bit of work in them alright I went with the hx30 (using sr with a ve head) and it was too small hx35 I think next smaller exhaust housing and it should do the trick.
The sparkly one was the business some amount of time gone in to that vinyl

Is that the neo vvl head? Same as the primera sr runs?

Tbh I'm not a fan of a holset on a sr, mine was really laggy. I think a td06 20g is a much better tubby for getting 450bhp and not too much lag.

I know chapmans hx35 hit full boost by 4k but he was running advanced cams so if you haven't got a set I'd recommend them.
