    Default actuator troubles! again

Yo! Story is, 2 actuaters have died on my rb20, as in, they whistle weird adn dont boost properly, but only sometimes.

after putting the second one in, it was grand for a while, then acted up like the first.. is this due to it not being able to hold the higher boost??

its boosting just under a bar on cold nights?

and yes, i know this aint good at all for the ceramic turbo!

My rb20 was running 0.9 bar on the standard turbo and actuator without issue for 2 years. If your actuators are packing up then chances are you have some other issue. Are you sure the waste gate isn't sticking?
