    Default Urgent: Question about a power fc

    Well lads. Have the car ready for maping. I started it last night and set the four channels on the hand commander. Then when i stoped the car and turned it on again the commander had reset. Does this mean my power fc isnt saving or would the ecu not be geting a permanent live? Any help much appreciated.

    Its an s14 with a blacktop 180sx engine.

    Try and set the rev limit to 5000 and then see if it stays at that.

    Not saving it as far as i can see. I changed one of the air flow settings from 100% to 95% and when i turned the car back on it had gone back to 100%.

    Anyone know what else i could try? The ecu doesnt seem to be geting a permanent live. But then again im not very good with wires.

    Dont tink it need's pernament live i do disconnect my battery at times and it good when i start it up again!!

    Yeh i was thinking that meself because i have had the battery out of the road car a few times and there was never a bother with the hks fcon anyway. Its driving me mad after all the work ive done.

    set it again before you go to robbie, dont turn it off and drive it up to him see if he can sort it?

    anyone wanna swap s15 helical lsd for 1.5 or 2 way...

    Its the way i have it wired. If you rember when it was up here getting done i asked you if you were going to put an ecu in it and you said prob not. The loom is only powering up with the ignition that is all they need to run with the stock ecu a pfc needs to be wired difrant to save its memory. Ring me when you get the chance iv no cred to ring or txt you
