I'm sure ye have all ideas and plans for the setup, and certainly some of the best in the business working on it, but maybe if you havent seen this thread before it could be a help:

He stayed rotary, but alot of the problems of extra lock, suspension setup etc that he sorted may be of interest to you. Long thread though to go through it all!
Cheers Trixta, it's some thread, I'll have a read through it when I get a chance! Yeah the exterior will be interesting, it's been the subject of many a debate already!

Fab work on the shell and cage will be starting the week after next

This will be easily Europes best and lightest FC drift chassis possibly the worlds as i have never seen any one done to this spec.

it'll be a fantastic chassis to develop throughout the year

We've been good and busy the last few days, with a lot of work done behind the scenes and a good bit done to the car too.

We've made a mock up of the cage which is being sent to Finland so that the real front section and hoop can be bent using lightweight tubing

A section has been cut out of the front subframe to make more room for the SR20 sump

The NA rear subframe which has been removed in favour of:

This unit from a Turbo II. It has a stronger diff and the half shafts are 2mm wider so it will handle the increased power were going to be running through it

Holly flat out on the grinder removing the mounts for the old bolt in half cage!

This hoop which came out of Darrens time attack FC is also being sent to Finland to be constructed from the lightweight steel

The way the shell stands at the moment, with Chris Brady's SR86 on the spit just to the right of the shot
