    Ye after you ve burnt the rubber out just get a hacksaw open the blade and slide through the sleeve and cut a notch it then it ll knock out handy enough with a small chisel or flat head screw driver

    Not all the DW bushes require the original collars to be removed, so double check first. There's a few good guides on the sxoc forum.
    I used a gas torch anyway and I thought it made a good job of burning them.

    do you know which do and do not? im doing all the link arms in the back end

    Definitely front lower control arms don't need them removed, I know cos I just did them the other day.
    I'm not 100% about the back though, I used rose jointed arms mostly and I haven't fitted poly bushes to the rest yet.
    Do a search on sxoc.com, there's loads of step by step guides with pics that I found useful.

    its only the front lower arm bush collars that dont need to be removed
    all the collars on the back need to be takin out tho!
