    Default Exhaust repairS??

    Hey guy after a slight tip at mondello I managed to damage my exhaust tip.
    Can someone repair these???
    It's a 4" exhaust in a kind of half moon shape now Lol

    Stick a small car jack or somrthing into it and jack till she is circular again!!!

    Lol I like that suggestion!

    I had one bent like that before that was a bit awkward to repair, I used a panel hammer and the anvil on a bench vice to get mine fairly decent, it wasn't perfect but looked ok!

    If you had a curved dolly instead on an anvil you'd probably get a better result, it'll take patience though

    same happened me in mondello while bak, but my tip broke of. just used a lump hammer and bet the outside of the pipe to get it round and welded it bak on, took a while to get it right tho.. wouldnt even notice now, just dont be afraid with the hammer

    Hmmm! Maybe a small jack with a rounded dolly on the jack then finish it off with the panel hammer

    I didn't want to have to resort to that it it the only way It's fairly tough stuff to bend.

    could try tappin a taperd round fencin post into it and spread it gradually worth a try ..

    cheers lads it's quite bad if it was a small tip I'd do it myself.
    but It's more like a half moon
