Thinners... brush it on good and heavy let it soak in and then keep brushing it and it should come off easy enough.. i've done a few car like that now, its messy and you'd prob use a gallon of thinners, but sure its cheap stuff,

Yep kinda yellow/brown tin....! Its actually for using on timber and that but it works serious on the cars...!
