rb20 remapping

what ecu would ye recommend? like everyone im on a budget so i dont wanna be forkin out serious grade for the ecu and then get me eyes takin outa me head to get it re-mapped,

the car is only basic enough spec, FMIC, filter, walbro, 550 injectors, elbow, exhaust,

i was gonna go nistune but id prefer a standalone and a proper RR setup......

Hks f-com iS. Great unit, keenly priced and i think Tdp are doin a special on mapping this month

no point mapping that unless you uprate the turbo. . . . .

Aren't they Ceramic bladed turbos and only rated to a bar or there abouts

Should see around 240-250 on standard tubby once its in decent condion

why wouldnt he map it?, it will be 20-30 brake extra that he had before! always scope for bigger turbo down the line.

nistune is same as a standalone sure, fully programmable, as good as and better than power fc in my opinion. i sold my ap engineering rb20 power fc , to get a nistune instead.

yeah they ceramic alryt tweek, i dont even know if they will hold a bar though, dont really have the grade to buy another expensive turbo, just wanted to lob in the bigger injectors and get it re-mapped make her a bit more lively,

Yeah its the Fcon iS. It is only a piggyback but does the job rightly. Good bang for buck. Would run an Fcon gold if money was more plentyful!lol
