i know if i was to put a piston engine in it wouldnt be the same car alright, thats deffo soemthing i have been considerin.
ok, so the 1jz fc idea is out the window.
i think i will just get rid of the chaser, probably sell it as is, let someone else break it or something.
so the fc + 13b and the fc + sr20 are still being considered.
another option would be to pick up a nice 4 door r32 shell (tom has one on route) and i know of another one thats in being painted now. if i took either of these they would be getting sr20'd.
insurance could be an issue if i done it legit though couldnt it, as they obviously came with the rb20. although the assessor never checked anything in my engine bay whatsoever yesterday, probably a diff engine could go un-noticed!

You can get any 13b down as a 1.3. You have to get in touch with Mazda main dealer and get them to confirm in writing, letter of some sort that they are a 1.3 rotary engine and then get in touch with Shannon and forward them the details or your local tax office and they will in turn, get the details changed at shannon
