Cheers for the comments lads, its a trs tow strap from ebay!
Got the headlights wired up so they are popping up and down perfectly now. Going to vrt it now soon, then all I need for nct is a tyre, horn and exaust gasket. Cannot wait to get it on the road, havent driven on the road since December!
