    Default My 610hp Sr20 setup complete.........................

    FOR SALE…. My 610HP Sr20 setup out of my red 14a…

    As you may know already im building an RB26 to replace my long serving SR20 so I figured I would offer my complete setup up for sale as a package…
    If it doesn’t sell Ill modify it slightly and fit it to my drift car…

    Basically Im selling absolutely everything in 1 go except my twin pump setup…

    Included are:

    SR20 engine
    Modified Rb25 G.box and prop shaft
    ATS Triple plate clutch
    GT35r Turbo and all associated bits
    LINK G3 Ecu and loom
    All pipework
    All manifolds etc…

    Car has been mapped for 97 ron fuel making 550hp and a second map done on 109ron fuel making 607hp…It’s a pretty crazy car to drive and as far as I know the most powerful in Ireland and possibly in the UK too..
    Really scares the crap out of you every time you drive it
    It is pretty laggy with the 35 on it but it revs to 8700rpm so lots to play with

    Spec of the engine is as follows….

    HEAD:

    Newman custom ground cams…290deg with 13.5mm lift
    Custom made double valve springs by Piper 340lb and modified retainers
    Brian Crower Stainless valves
    Frozen solid rockers
    TOMEI solid lifter kit
    Head extensively modified to accommodate the big springs and huge valve lift
    Anti det mod to combustion chambers
    Adjustable Cam gears
    New High temp stem oil seals
    Very precise shim clearance!!
    Full overhauled at time of building
    No VVT
    Cometic 1.2mm gasket
    ARP Studs

    BLOCK:

    HKS liners
    Block surfaced
    Block Bored and honed to 86mm with very precise clearances
    All main housings line honed to top book size
    New oil pump
    Woosner 8.5:1 comp pistons 86mm
    Eagle rods
    ACL race bearings
    ARPs all around
    Complete rotating assembly balanced

    TURBO:

    Garrett GT35R .63 turbo with 4in anti surge housing
    Ball racing Exhaust manifold (modified)
    46mm remote wastegate
    4in Inlet pipe with big K&N filter
    Downpipe with flexi

    INTAKE

    Ball racing Intake manifold
    Bosch 1000cc High Impedance injectors
    Ball racing Fuel rail modified for 2 feeds 1 return
    FSE Regulator
    80mm throttle body

    IGNITION

    Splitfire coil pack and Ignition booster
    LINK Igniter
    NGK Plugs

    ECU

    LINK G3 Ecu and header plus loom
    Bosch Air temp sensor

    DRIVETRAIN

    RB25det G.box cut and welded to SR20 bell housing (fits all original mounts)
    ATS triple plate clutch with modified clutch arm
    Strengthened prop shaft
    Short shifter

    MISC

    All boost pipes and silicone pipes
    All heater matrix pipes etc…


    I know I have forgotten LOTS…Just scribbled this down off the top of my head…Ill check this eve to see what I forgot…
    In parts alone this build cost me over £10000 excluding labour…
