Sounds to me that she is welded a 2way shouldn't be as harsh as your describing.

try pushing the car,and while pushin if she locks when turning its more than likely a welded diff,only way to know is take off the backing plate and have a look,a two way shud give the odd skip of the wheel,and bang and clunk,a welded diff will constantly be locked,no matter what speed,and will always have a wheel skipping
