    Default over fenders?

    right lads i will be getting over fehders onto my 180sx i want 2 know who be the best lad 2 do the job dnr want no butcher with a grinder just 2 chop and rivet want it done properly would also like 2 see the persons work if any 1 can reckamend them

    see this now, did he put anything then between standars arch and wide arch like expanding foam etc?

    nope! no need sure, cut up the standard arches, seal them up so dont rust, and off ya go, rivet away!

    ya but if some then comes along and leans against the fiberglass it will all push in if their is notin 2 support it

    ya use some expandin foam in behind the fiberglass i done it on mine an ya can lean your full weight on them not a bother

    You can do it by cutting the outer arch and then slicing the innner arch and bending it out, or you can just cut out the arch, weld on a flat sheet bent in the shape of the arch which will come out to the overfender. Once the over fender is on expanding foam is the job! Just make sure you seal up the arches under neath first
