As above lads, big ends went in the car so gonna pick up a shitter to run about in... Figure now that the 180s off the road i may as well get it up to the spec i want, seein as its a road car I don't need it any more then 280-300 brake
so suggestions on whats the best bolt on's to go for?

t28 + stainless turbo elbow + 3" downpipe + 1 bar boost alltogether wiyh your fmic and walbro should see you get 280

and will it need an aftermarket ecu? or can the standard one be remapped to cope?

Ideally it'd be bigger turbo, z32, fresh map and uprated injectors me thinks
