    Default Greddy Spec LS intercooler

Is anyone using the Greddy Spec LS intercooler. Got a super deal on the kit last night. Hopefully arriving from Japan 3-7days.

Did anyone have problems with installation, any chopping to make it fit? Whats peoples overall impression with this intercooler, I know the branded gear is bit more expensive than the likes of the autobahn88, godspeed etc
Whats the max power running through there setup with this intercooler? I have read on another forum, anything < 400 bhp is fine.

    Cheers,
    Si

Sweet, direct fit my ass!! From reading around, all intercooler installs need a bit of TLC. What bhp you running on your s15?

they give a fitting guide with the intercoolers, where exactly to drill the hole in battery tray etc..
your ten times better off with that , you wont get any hassle with greddy stuff anyway.. so many people buying pure shite intercoolers and parts now , autobahn 88 an god speed and all that ebay crap, waste of time....

Totally agree, I was looking at the autobahn88 ones, they probably do the job.. reading good reviews about them. I myself now prefer the branded gear, wouldn't put any of that ebay crap near my car.

All Including shipping it cost €487.00 delivered. For an extra 187 beans, its well worth it

bs! ive never had any problems with autobahn88 intercoolers! only thing that youd change on them is the jubilee clips for osmething a bit stronger! sure the cores, pipes and hoses are proabably made in the same factory anyways

ya exactly!!iv never had any trouble with my autobahn88 intercooler!
it fits perfectly and everything seems to be top quality...
i hate it when people think things are automatically better because they have a brand name and are more expensive!

autobahn 88 intercoolers are the business fit like a glove everytime. thats what you want for handy money rather than wasting big money and the likes of blitz and hks imo.

Same here. It's just an intercooler, not a turbo or anything.

Some lads just love to pay the JDM tax.
