Welcome to Drift Focus. In this episode Caryn Pick talks extensively to one of the most popular characters of the ProDrift Series - Mike Fitzgerald, about his rise from the Non-seeded pro category to the bigtime in ProDrift to be alongside such drivers as James Deane and Nigel Colfer.

Mike has had an up and down season at ProDrift which culminated in a heavy accident at the last round in Fermoy but you cant keep a good man down. Mike was up on top of the car waving to the crowd afterwards despite his misfortune.

Mike is a true drift fan, eating, sleeping and being all about drifting as you will be able to tell from this interview.

Thanks everyone - it was definitely the most time consuming so far - i think in and around 5 days. Its not perfect by any means - mobile phone interferance on the sound and some rendering issues leaving sound out of sync marginally that did not appear in the editing process but did in the final render.
