I think you just answered your first question your self 12mm

As for fsm's there used to lots available free online but the seem to have all been pulled now days. I'm sure if ya keep lookin online you'll find the one ya want I think i have an s14 one somewhere saved on my computer can't find it atm.

There's a disk floating around that has all s-body Japanese fsm's on it converted to English including the s13 sr one in English.
But i haven't seen proof of it so it may be a scam??
