    Default PS13 Clutch Problem??

well, have ps13 with sr20, when i got it was told there was new exedy cluth in it, it bites within in inch of the floor. it perfect but sometimes its impossible to get into gear, if you pump twice or 3 times it'll go in perfect. just wondering would bearing be on its last legs?? i've bled it and it still the same.. no whining or any noise from gearbox.. any ideas?? thanks

Had the same problem, i ran a braided line from the cyclinder to the piston to bypas the damper, bleed it and then adjusted the pedal inside the car to take the bit of play out of it.. Now 100%

ive seen some lads just carefully bend the pipe from the cylinder to the damper and fit it direct to the piston and just dump the damper altogether thats if you want the cheap option.
