s15 gearbox oil grade

just wonderin what oil people are using or recommend in a 6 speed box in an s15..hearing good and bad reports about redline shockproof so does anyone on here have any input??

u put the silkolene into mine man but i didn get to drive it long enough to notice if it was any good or not. just make sure to put it 2ltrs and not 1.8 as is stated. you will hav to fill it through the entry where the gear lever goes to squueze in the extra 200ml. it will make gear changes alot smoother
