not if you where to buy one genuine one and make 10 copies and sell em.
and all you have to do to avoid any copywrite grief is ensure the original part doesnt fit the new parts mould so change one or two small details like rivit points or something small like that.

there was a massive argument over on sxoc when apex produced a kit with a body shop over in the uk similir to the rocket bunny kit a few months back.
came down to bitterness as the same people moaning about it where the sort to buy rotas for example.

i would have no problem with doing that i think the big companies are charging WAY too much on the parts and doing this would atleast make things like this would make affordabe to the less well off of us

in fairness, the prices they charge for that kit in particular is rediculous.
its not a very original design to begin with, and its made of the same stuff as the more reasonably priced kits.

those two points alone would justify copying it to me.

im going modding it for my silvia if theres interest i can take moulds of both spoiler and sell them for cheaps let me know as ill just chop it otherwise and fit it to the silvia
