A rb25 box is alot stronger. You won't need d conversion plate if I cut d rb box and weld the sr bellhousing into it

The only way forward is sideways

im more than capable of doing the job myself(replacing gear box etc), french ( or who ever does it ) just does the customizing of the bell housing and prop shaft. Yes its for a drift car ( your on Driftireland if ya didn't notice :S :P) all i wanted to know is

does any one know who customizes the bell housing?

    and

    are they stronger?

got 1 outta 2 answers so far

welding the bell housings is an okish job but it will crack and get it welded again and crack again and so on!!! the best job is the adapter plate, 25 box is much stronger than an sr but unless you are using the car alot and constntly braking sr boxes its not worth it 400-450odd for the 25box 100 odd for the prop to be made and balanced 500odd for the adapter plate
