fella went to look at it yesterday that bought a 180 off me and he said it was fast but was lik as if it was painted wit a brush, was drips and so on around it, said it needs to be painted, now thats his words and he left it there

dont mind the paint so much as i will just paint it again myself,as long as it running good and no other issues

Chances are that it's fairly rotten if the arches are bubbling badly so really you'd need to give it a good look.
With the way they can rot the shell could be fucked, bu that's prob worse case
