when my engine is cold and i put the foot down she has no power but when she warms up shes ok again?could this be bcaz i have trd leads but standerd plugs??

bullshit, the 4ag doesn't have variable valve lift like Honda engines, it only has variable valve timing!

ya shouldn't be flooring it from cold anyway, check plug's , flash codes, ignition timing etc
