rocker arm stoppers?

wen fitting these to and sr20det do u hve to tke cams out or do u just loosen 1 of the cam caps bolts?

loosin all the cap bolts an just fully take out the ones that hold the rocker stoppers in.

ok 2 do it that way ya, wount pull cams down at any angle is thr a certain way u loosen them ? starting frm the back ir just looksen them any way?

jus loosin the ones that dont need to come out a tiny bit....to loosin them start from the middle two an work your way out to th back an front of each cam evenly if ya get me?like loosin the middle 2 then loosin one back an then the opposite front then the opposite to that on the back etc etc...prob best off doin one cam at a time as well...wen your tightenin them back up they need to be torqued to 11.5nm's
