    Default Project NOOOIIIIIIZZZZEEEE!!!

This is my 'wee' project that i wana get going for next years UDC season,or preferably the end of this year.

Its my old E36 325i racing car. I had it out last year and roasted the engine,so i removed it and started to rebuild it,then lost interest as the racing at the events withered away. I then knew it had to be a driftcar and went looking for a 2jz,but over time realised it would be hugely expensive and i didnt want to just jump on the JZ conversion bandwagon,so i bought this 5Litre Ford thingy...

It is supposed to have around 340bhp and 400lb/ft of torque, has a lightened and balanced bottom end, minor headwork,a fast road-ish cam,Edlebrock Performer RPM dual plane inlet manifold, and has an absolutly merjassive carb, thats a 15" wheel its sitting on!!...

    Oh yeah,FOUR Barrels!!

I managed to find a rare Mustang T5 gearbox(stronger than the Cossie version)..

So im going to cut a massive hole here....

And put the whole lot waayyyy at the back of the engine bay, sitting nice and neat,in the car beside me!! ...

Over time I plan to put some performance aluminium heads, maybe a stroker kit out to 5.7ish and some Nitrooouusssss!!

Its going to be a balls out competition car, absolutly NOO frills, super dooper lightweight.None of this interior trim and 'leccy windows i see in some of the driftcars at B.C!

Fire away with and feedback/opinions peepz

    Default nice

seems cool choice, nice to see something alittle different, i saw a merc c220 diesel that had a 5.7 corvette engine in it, so much torque in it, and made good drift car
