Whats the story with this rust wise and what does it need to get it driving ?? also will there be much bother getting the tax book for it ??

the car is very very clean, theres a few very minor surface spots on the driver door, and a small bit behind the driver headlight where the bonet stay is other than that its mint, and i mean mint. the only thing needed to get it going is a fuel pump, the log book can be got as far as i know, i just need it out of the yard its taking up space, and i need money.
