Not that hard, its been done plenty of times. The mechanical side of things is straight forward. Theres more work on the electrical side of things, nothing major but there is a different loom for the redtop. All fairly straight forward and all the info is out there

swap loom,engine,box,ecu, dunno about heater boxes etc as i have yet to cross that bridge puttin s14 engine/loom in the 15

if you swap the complete loom youre going to have a problem with the gauge cluster, heating etc but its not a big issue to sort out

Some looms can be tricky enough into a 15 but Ive done them all by now... all can be done
