    cheers lads, 16v on itb's was what i was lookin at alrite but there still being put up for stupid money, I have my 180 advertised for 6000 so thats all i have to play around with really.... swap would be the best option as i need a car for work

    good man ro go for it cant say i know a whole lot about charged cams though no shitty turbo lag aneways ,that was a class trueno was on the market for a while

    4a-gze's are very good to a certain power, without spending BIG money your capped to around 180/190 hp i think. But having said that they go very well in AE86's. I had a 20v road car and it was a great yolk to go, 16v's are expensive to build and get good power out of them.

    No worries lad, im in the same boat. Ive had 6 ae86's and consider myself a toyota man. YET i own 3 nissans and a mitsubishi
    I need another twin cam NOW!!

    YES frank yes you do!!! get rid of those dirty datsuns and get your arse back in a 86....

    Buddy swapped doccos trueno above,drove her there while ago,she is well to move!! but id still rather my setup,tuned 16v's are the nuns nasties....personally and i think reliability wise you'd be better og goin with a n/a 16v,theres alot about now with a nice spec on them,if you are buying one on itb's make sure she's well setup and with a good ecu,thats the one mistake i made...i know theres another 20bhp at least in my car and i cant get it out of it without an ecu i can work with!!

    whenever i decide to tune either of my cams the first thing im gonna buy is an ecu

    its expensive tho,you'd want 1500 - 2k for a good brain and a map...im running a freedom,seriously intelligent ecu but cant be used over here...
