    my loom goes up into my engine bay, it doesnt go under the arch

    had that problem when i wheel-rub'd the loom on the passenger side.
    cut the wire for the intermiting wiper.

    it was in when it wanted to with the wipers off.....

    it must be a long term thing then?

    also worth investigating the motor itself, if the connections in it for the intermitent workings are burned or dirty when it goes so far up it breaks contact so it stops until you hit the switch again, had same problem in bmw until i stripped and cleaned it, working grand since.

    yeah that happens too
    if i have the wipers on the slowest setting ill turn them on and theyll swipe once and then just die?
