id get a new one being honest, japspeed are cheep enough i have mine on a year and grand,
as get you out of a hole for the mine, use metal cable ties and try close the gap so not as loud or a jubble clip, anyting metal so doesnt snap with the heat
or even heat wrap to hold it till ya fix it
