Another update:

I dare anyone to tell me this has happened to them before!

My manifold decided to shit itself on the way home from work today, needless to say the car is obnoxiously loud now! Does anyone know can I weld this or fix it somehow or is it defo a new mani job?

Yep that hapened my 180 before. Ha. I got the owld boy to weld mine but after that it broke again so just went back to cast iron manifold. Never have to touch it again.

i genuinely think i deserve a round of applause for this one!

id get a new one being honest, japspeed are cheep enough i have mine on a year and grand,
as get you out of a hole for the mine, use metal cable ties and try close the gap so not as loud or a jubble clip, anyting metal so doesnt snap with the heat
or even heat wrap to hold it till ya fix it

Oh jesus....! Yea you'd be able to weld it back up but it need to be welded well and some sort of bracing done to stop it from happening again...!
