    Unhappy Anyone work for ford/seat/vw??

As above anyone on here work for ford or maybe even seat/vw as its the same family model..

Got a 00 facelift galaxy 1.9tdi for herself during the week and she rang me there earlier saying theres no power in it(not the turbo) foot to the floor on the motorway and dropped from 6th down to 4th to have it driveable, pulled in turned it off for 10mins and it drove perfect to where she was going...
She went on another short spin and it done it again..
Sensor possably or ecu going into safe mode??
Only picked it up tuesday and its driven 110% so its intermittent or with my luck a new problem
Anyone got any idea's, i wont get to/at the car till tomorrow at sum stage, so any ideas or suggestions??

you could be guessing quite a while there... best bet is get it to a garage that does diagnostics and see what fault codes are listed. shouldnt cost more than 40euro to find out. might be cheaper in the end rather than replacing stuff...

First thought was turbo, but when you turn it off and then back on its perfect again so seems its going into limp mode??
