R32 Tein coilovers. Have been taken off the car, taken apart and cleaned.
All ajustments are free and working as they should.
Rear springs have been cut (not by me) to make them go lower but...

What power did the turbo set up make?

Can you get a harness to go from 13 to 14 loom? Might be a cheap quick fix?
