It's different between s14 and s14a so I wouldn't say it would work. Open to correction though.
If you're a skyline man id imagine it would be cheaper, quicker and easier to buy a skyline and rb26 that instead?
Clears would be a nice simple upgrade instead of the ambers

What rpm is the hesitation at? I had a slight hesitation before at about 2500-3000 rpm at partial throttle due to a faulty lambda sensor
Is it a standard rad? They're known for leaking and partially blocking. Go for a new alloy one if you think its the rad. Quick and easy fix/upgrade
Another thing is all English s14s were factory turbo but you can get non turbo jap ones

NATS is the immobilser system yeah. Redtop are non VVT. Blacktop are usually VVT but some kouki 180sx's came with a "blacktop" that was non VVT. Essentially it was a redtop engine with a black cam...

English ones have a diff oil cooler, NATS, leather seat option. Pretty much the same car, all usual mods can be applied to the English car the same as a jap and it will make the same power as a jap...

There's a load of coolant pipes in under the intake mani. I'd say one of them has split. Best thing to do would be take off the mani and replace all pipes in there.

If the fans are on the inside should they not be pulling air through the rad towards the block rather than pushing out? By pushing out I presume you mean away from the block and towards the front of...
