I fully understand what you're going for with rubber bushings instead of rose joints and polybushes. I stuck with hardened rubber bushes for my skyline and it drove amazingly!

Have to agree with Frank, This makes such a nice change from the usual king of the cone altezzas you'd see about
You don't shy away from a challenge that's for sure!
Were the rear arches cut for the overfenders?
I have R32 calipers on the front of my 180. I'll test fit a standard S13 wheel over it and let you know how it fits.
Are we talking disc and pad combos or Calipers also?
Welcome along Laurence :P
Awesome work on bringing back DI, the internet had started to get boring with nowhere really to post build threads, and like you say keep a record of a cars history
I'm the same as yourself Ptank! My apartment has offroad parking but not something where I could park the 180 to work on, plus I would have no where to store my tools.
The garage I was using when...
Thanks Lars, I am hoping that I can eventually get it to the point I want to bring it to. It will take some time though. Really need to get a garage or shed of my own which I can fit the car in, then...
I think this is a nice addition, especially for those times when you like what you see but couldn't be arsed to write a comment (first world issues :D)
Did it cost much to put on?
Looking well! To be honest with you, when rest of the car is as tidy as yours, the triple projectors don't look that bad.
Cool Stuff, might get a set after I finished all the other jobs on the S13.
Noticed on their site that their example plate is one digit off my own haha

Finally some time to update this after a crazy week in work. To follow up from my previous post, here are links to a couple of the previous threads put up by MarkSull who owned this car a few years...
I'm mattpym on Instagram.
Will definitely start using the #DriftIreland tag in future.
That's her alright in a previous life. Nice find that! Cheers
I have links to previous threads for this car. I'll stick them up later.
Awesome, thanks for the pic. It's brilliant to get more history on the car.
Totally agree with you about the amber lenses. Personally I don't like clear ones.
So a bit more to the story, as I unfurl the pictures from the last year. Some of the more keen observers may notice that there were no side indicators on the wings in the first pictures.

That looks really good, even without the rear spats in place. Excellent job on bringing this thing back from near doom!
Jesus are you trying to give me a heart attack! It was down Cork before alright but it's a legit 180sx.
Unfortunately most of the work done to it got undone when it was broken for parts. Whoever bought it decided to paint it with black plastidip
Apologies for no real progress on this...
It's actually brilliant, you can't beat going through all the old posts..... Definite nostalgia.
So here are two pictures from it's past, Firstly when owned by Eileen;

Searching for them at the moment, I'll post them up when I find them. Car isn't a patch on how it once looked. But I'll get it looking well again.
Lars you fucking beaut!!! This has truly saved DI for me!
Haha Safety first, I've got a fair idea so.
Since I was 15 I have wanted a 180SX, between various JDM Option DVD's and the internet, The want was bad! For some reason or other I spent the golden years for Jap cars in Ireland driving poxy...
