15/50 redline oil is my preferance but some dude off a here was using 15/50 somethin or other mobil one or mobile phone!?

I woulnt put denso near it lad ngk are the best plug you will buy. Seen too many denso's fail. You prob don't even need to change them unless they have huge miles on them, a good clean up usually does the job fine.
Mobil 1 10w 40 the gold label racing stuff.
NGK are the most reliable plug I've ever used in any car, and also probably the best value for money. I've had a couple of denso's fail and Bosch plugs ran too hot and ruined my poor pistons :(
funny that never had anything by denso fail , u driving a honda with n gk s .
only possible way a plug can fail is from not changing em wen there due dumpming the fuel in and fowling em its all periodic maintance dudes

BCPR7IEX for the expensive Iridium ones and
BCPR7ES for the std ones. The should be gapped at .7-.8 mm when fitted.
