Can anyone put a rough estimate on this 1993 r32 gtst 4 door..
defo worth 7k
7k will buy a gtr fresh from japan ffs lol
Different strokes for different folkes Stevo
Price on all S/R body's have gone up again and I think 4door 32s will always make that bit more then they probley should
I know the car in question and have had a good proper look around it good solid car with the rite bits it will always fetch close to the 7k because it's simple there is a market there for them
But always comes down to the car is only worth what someone is willing to pay
Dont think any RB20 R32 is worth that money imo, look at the white one on FB with the RB25 and history from a tuning company and it cant make 7K.. There is a fresh R34 on done deal for 7k, chasers fresh in for 8k, an absolute cracker kouki 180sx for 8k thats had every nut and bolt removed and replaced with new ones.
(Not running down the car either btw OP) Prices havent hit 7k imo for a R32 again, they will but so many came in within the last 12 months that you can get a R32 easier than a R33 or S14 now
Link to the white one i mentioned

Even i would hand over 6k no problem for that white one and im a tight fucker
edit, not gonna comment actually on either car lol
I'd expect it would be snapped up at anything up to 5k
After that would just depend on how bad it's wanted an if there is anything else on market at the same time plus loads of other factors
Yes you do have a point but then again that's ur option that white r32 did pop to mind when I first commented but the fact is it's not vrt'd and by the time vrt NCT tax ect is payed it's over 8k not saying it's not worth the money because that's one car I wouldn't mind having it's just the the factors that fall with it
At the end of the day it's up to a person to put a value on there own car and if someone is willing to pay the price I got one would prefer to pay 6,7,8k for an r32 before an S body but that comes down to personal preference with everyone has
is the quarter on this one not rough down the drivers side or am I mixing it up with another? just seen one like this at Fermoy I wouldn't say 7k if it was. 5.5 ;) now if it was bn kitted and neo engined then and only then will u get 7k ;)
Yeah it's around the cork area. He wants to p/x for my sr powered s2000. Looks the job but I wouldn't be holding onto it that's why I posted to see would it be worth my while.. Cheers lads for your comments.
VRT on r32's is now close to €2000, mine was €1710. If an r32 came into the country with a neo r34 2.5 lump in it then the vrt place request an engineers report, treat it as a unique one-off case and can pretty much name any vrt price they want.
This r32 was vrt'd at €720.
Probably costing the owner the best part of €7,000
Yeah I've had no1 view it he s2000 in the last 3 weeks I've been selling.. It's hard to know.
Was only thinking of your case & no better lad to tell us how much it cost to get a R32 imported & vrt'd !!
My own r32 is a standard '90 coupe and it's standing me over €8,000
Mine is currently for sale at €6,500, nct'd and vrt'd and extremely clean. A lot can vouch. IMO I think that's a fair enough price. If someone could please come test drive it and tell everyone else how tight a car it is.
All this talk makes me wonder what mine would be worth.....
Probably a LOT less than it owes me no matter what!
I know the 32 in question, good car, looks and sounds great. Nice tight car to drive with all the right bits.
The owner is a true honda man at heart, offered me a swap on this for my ef9, but just not for me at the time.
I'd say you would shift the 32 easier than a s2000, if that's your plan
Ur more than welcome Darren honestly..
Rmc- I don't think I asked for a swap on an ef9, I asked about an ef8 crx..
But yeah rather keep the s2000, have plans for it. Don't see skyline getting touched for a long time.. Unfortunately
Sorry Danny , i ment the lad with the r32 in the first post, Dave , was looking for the swap. He nearly bought my 180sx before he got the 32.
I'd say with the vrt being the way it is now, people will buy what's here already before importing, no real saving for the hassle.
Yeah haven't heard from him since.. It's a nice 32, probly would go quicker then the s2000. See what happens.
5500-6k I'd say it's worth. If we start basing values on the price of importing a similar car, then EG6s are worth 8 grand and Altezzas would make 6k easy.
meh, chasers no better than a nice gtr fronted 32 sedan imo!
Tbh i cant ever see chasers becoming as common as altezzas!! The price of cars at the minute is arseways!! no one knows what anything is worth and the with the dodgy vrt situation everyone is afraid to buy any of the fresh imports that are for sale which is a shame!! Not me though im goin buying a big fuk off chaser :D
Be the hokey. And I'm always nice about your stuf Peter.
shush you you know what i mean! numbers on a reg plate dont always mean a car is worth more or less like!
wow an actual thread where people are posting and not fighting?? feels like 2011 right now lol
