id deffo go for a round one! i have one in most my cars works great for turning!

haha. it really is upto what you like best, 330mm seems to be the most popular. material depends if its just for track or for road too??

suede is a pain in the cunt for wearing out and being as slippy as a drunk young one after some slipped pills.
i got a nardi leather one off driftworks and it feels loverly and a nice size. however i am now wiser and wouldnt pay that much for a steering wheel ever again

I've had a 330mm suede dished sparco for the past 4/5 years, the same one, in a road car for a good 2 years of that and its still in great nick.
I think there the best for the job, nice and big, and bring the wheel that little bit closer to you, which I think is nice for sliding.
Omp and nardi are pretty much the same diamaters/dishyness, just different brand and material.
