Just wondering would there be much interest in going to Ennis for a round of Driftfest,someone said a night event would be a craic, what do ye all think?

night drifting,sound good to me wanna be well lit tho and surley problem have few complaints??

It would be very cool if you can organise it! Drift round the entire mart, I'm just presuming it would be there, not just a small part of it like Prodrift do! You would get plenty local entries anyway!

dont want to come across as a prick now but im sure i read a thread in the driftfest somewere and some1 told you if you build a track anywere in ireland put up a date here and it will b filled day or night

Your right there,but these things have to be planned,I spoke to someone over hols about Ennis and my next step is to approach the fans to see if its viable,then we have to get a date ,then we have to get drivers,a lot of work goes into planning beforehand.RQuote:

Date will have to be before the end of march anyway if you want to get some drifting in the dark or what time will ye be given permission to run this until?
dont think there will be much in the way of complaints about noise sure there arent many houses near the mart
Noise travels far though, just look at the problems they with the Old Mill drift days in Kilmallock. Having said that if ye got permission to go ahead with it there should be a decent crowd at it especially since its that bit less of a journey for west of Ireland members!Quote:
