i used that tint spray for lights in my boy racer days works well and gets darker the more coats but obviously not the same as proper smoked jobbies
I know ya, oh the shame LoL But the aftermarket headlights look rubbish and the rears are worse :(
what you looking to do exacly what car etc
the altezza lights you want to tint is it

if your going red dont use the spray tint, it fades out in the sun badly, instead use a red type film (same kinda stuff used to tint windows)
tom sheehan on here did his IS200 rear lights and they are mint, send him a pm

window tint is a savage job all together just make sure you can apply it properly and you can chose how dark you want it :cool:
i tint mine i used tint spray can alway look good even under high sun
look good if welll applicated.
need to put even coat on each light otherwise ill look like shit because one is more tined than the other

back lights on this mates old car done by himself turned out pretty class the inner ones were leds and outer were just normal tinted broke up the back of the car nicely

Was this laminx stuff hard to apply on the rears? I had kinda smoked ones on my old altezza (standard smoked i think) but my new one there the chromified look, don't like em at all.. I don't want to go to dark though....
pic is my old altezza with the darker lights.. something similar is what i want or a slightly darker shade..
