Looking for info on boost controllers

Well......
Im thinking of geting a boost controller for my gtst R33 skyline. Im just wondering what would be a good 1 to buy and which are the best ones.

Any controller with a decent brand name won't be too bad really, they have quite a simple job to do! Once they are workin and plumbed right they shouldn give trouble,,,

Have a HKS boost controller there €150 if it's any use to ya??

Greddy profec B is good too but can randomly loose memory and can die for no reason...
GIZMO is the worst piece to crap in the world...
Apexi AVCR...Good bit of kit when set properly but still only a single solenoid
HKS...I hate them...lol

Gizmo works good I know of one fella running on @1.6bar and he hasn't had a problem.the newer model gizmo has the function to set boost at certain rpm and a self learn mode.I personally prefer the avcr and would never go near a Greddy profec b that's just from my own experience

I use one of those on a Mitsubishi TD04, holds 1.5 bar rock steady no problem with no spikes etc. It replaced a Blitz DSBC which had loads of great features that I never used so I sold it for nearly as much as I payed for it and bought the above for £15 then spent the other €160 on tyres;)(who really ever changes between boost settings on a boost controller and why do they do it ??)

have a apexi avcr there mate if your looking for one great piece of kit with all the settings you can change..
