Good Day,Heavy rain made it hard on the lads I'd imagine!
Hopefully all stays good and the track can be used for many years!
Security would be needed round the startline before a child is under a car!
Waaay too many kids running round!

What way was the track ran...!
same as last time,
I'd a great day, made shit of the front lip again but sure shit happens, I'll bodge her back on.
First time out on a proper track so prob had the least experience out of anyone there but went for as many runs as i thought the car could take an i was happy enough wit a few of my runs anyway
I'll be down for the next one anyway
Good stuff lad thats the dtart of the addiction..... :) Ya may throw that front lip away at this stage.... :)

Good day out there :)
Damo you not the only one whos wipers gave up working :D At least it didnt rain all day.
Will get my camera lead sorted next week and will throw up some videos, have around 45min recorded.
Great day again well done Bart and Co,rain was a bitch but what can u do, made it easy on tyres i came home with the same set of tyres i went up with :D
throw up some now marko :D
had a great day! fair play to all who organised it, very well done!! had a shit morning due to weather and tires not liking each other but finally got to do some damage in the afternoon!! woop woop!!! twin battles ftw!!!!!!
So the diff didnt work out but still decided to give it a go. One wheeling everywhere lol, and generally all over the place. Hydro worked mint though.....which was about the only positive from my first day drifting! Probably need to make a compromise and raise it a bit and not as much camber. I'll come up with a plan, but at least I learnt a bit about the car. Very snappy for the few times I got the chance to try a transition. But cant wait to get the diff in now and actually attempt to drift, as I still really enjoyed the day. Cheers to the brother Dave Zigen for letting me have a few goes in his S13 later on, the difference was amazing.
Mine and Trixta's first time out but loved every minute of it! Terrible understeer with stupid Nankangs on the front and Hydro didn't work properly as the lines had air in them but learned so much and must say Wes at WKD worked wonders with the car, handled like a dream! Pretty nervous at the start but got into it as the day went on! Fair play to all the organisers, it was so well run! Will be making this a regular fixture :)
great day today..
thanks a million for everyone who turned up..
really went perfect...
if ye have any comments or that on things we can or cant change..
PLEASE PUT THEM UP..
we wanna make this a regular thing..
hope ye all had a ball..
cheers:D
bart
Nankangs up front = understeer = fail.
Twinning with Nixon and jay = close sliding = win
Bart for organising such a great relaxed fun day out = EPIC WIN!!
Hooray for bart and crew !!!!!!
Just home, good day had, buddy had some trouble with his car in the morning but we got it sorted, thanks to Marko and Stiv for the help........and Derk for his shiney multimeter.
Great level of driving there today, Eric is the rx, nice.......Jay and Donal twinning was nice to watch, Stevo loving the roar off the tramper! The bimmer was a handful, between a shit ratio diff, slipping clutch and either too much or too little grip it was hard but i had great fun....wish id clipped the container tho :( Must say the day was very well organised, drive thru chipper n all....fairplay Bart :)
PS Mick k is real and your a Bollix :)
Drive thru chipper was the job haha, nothing from cat = loadsa noise, had same thing aswell chuck once it hit around 5k revs clutch was slipping, welded diff going back in for the next day lsd's are wank but once the rain in the afternoon came i was happy out
Yes Mick is real  :D
Fair play to dave and trixta doing it in sweet cars!!
Is Daves car the sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet sil with the green wheels?? Fucking yum.......
Yes indeed, beautiful car........you were doing well today Ger, i must say i loved the rain but everyone i asked said they hated it.........was fun!!
had a great day, very well organised, pain in the hole having to wait so long in the que to get back out, maybe if it was devided into 3 groups of ten cars for 15min sessions and run them 2 at a time would make the queing a bit shorter, will hopefully be attending the next one, fairplay to bart and crew for a great day
had a good laugh today, well organised again,
only got till 3 or so out of the car, i broke a diff mount,
other than that i had a ball, cheers bart and crew,
fantastic day out. cheers to bart and all the crew:cool:
i was delighted with the way the 13 handled the wet and had huge fun twinning with don in the 15. massive tyre rubbing ftmfw:p lol
your not joking. it literally had absolutly zero grip at the rear:(
you went well in my yoke though:)
Well done Bart + all involved in organising the event.
As a venue the place has so much going for it.
Had 1 or 2 good battles with Dan ;)
Cant wait for fermoy next weekend now :D
I'd alter a few things with the track layout.
Replace most of the cones with painted lines + let the track cross over itself ,use the cones mainly as clipping points.
It'd allow you add more distance between turn 1+2 also you could come back into middle after passing the containers after turn 3.
using them containers as a clipping point
I'd agree with a groups idea, it'd allow lads to watch other people or change tires etc rather than spending all day sat in a que.
i agree it was a pain in the arse sitting in the long queue
the thing with group's is you'd need a pa to announce the next session i'd reckon
i think that the next pair of cars could be let on when the others had passed half way through the course rather than when they are completely off it. it'd certainly speed things up a bit
i hav a PA system, we could get Dave on the mic for it lol :D
if the day had of been dry the queue wouldn have been as long cause lads would ave been goin that bit faster and there would ave been less spin outs..
lads would ave been in changin more tyres aswell..the last day we had up there lads were queuin for about 10 maybe 15 mins max..i thought it was a very enjoyable day even do i was drowned to the boxers..fair play to bart aswell for organising it...
all i can say is WAT A DAY. savage :D
thanks for organising; do it more haha. at least twice a week pls thx :D
i have first pics up in the pic section
