Just a standard engine, turbo, injectors but with an FMIC, Alloy Rad and A/M ECU ? I'd be happy with 300bhp but is that too much to ask ? Little or no experience with these engines so any help appreciated.

300's not a problem you could push from 36-400 but a metal h/g would be advidsed...!
one of the lads here was pushin 328bhp on a what you have listed.....
standard head gasket went after a few hard days in mondello tho.
300 -350 that what mine be running at,
few bit done to her, but next step metal head gasket do
worth it

im boostin 1.4bar on a cometic 1.2mm steel h/g

tdp map will get over 380-390 on a stock engine with bolt on mods with just a metal head gasket well over 4-450 safely!! and fire in a set of pistons and race bearings ur talking 500 on stock rods and crank no problem!!

i am running .85bar on a standard 180sx engine with just a front mount and stainless exhaust hks actuator and nistune ecu that was road mapped and i got 244bhp on a dyno dynamics dyno and that is with the cat installed.so that will give you a ball park figure of what to expect out of a standard engine i could get more out of mine if it was dyno tuned and running 1bar or more but i want reliability.Also getting 30-35 mpg with combined driving if i drove like a granny i could probably get more.
One thing tho your standard injectors would they be good enough to get you to 300bhp??
I keep all cometic steel gaskets in stock along with all rebuild parts...
I Have run standard SRs @400hp...
