Car booked in for mapping, doing final checks on fresh engine build tonight, noticed a slight rattle, it turned out to be the waist gate!!!
The head has broken off of the valve!!! Looks like its due to the spring pushing un even pressure or being kinked, its basicly fubberd the hole lot!!!
But iv managed to bodge it with a bit of welding for tomorow, dont think il be getting my target figer of 500hp with it like this:cry: The valve no longer sits centre in the seat, i guess the valve stem is bent too. It seems to be sealing prety well thogh, it passed the "put your mouth on it and blow like a mo fo" test:wack:
