well being fair I am giving a week as genuine people are on that list for sure.
I would just like people to be fair aswell, if the think they wont go for whatever reason just to remove their names from the list.

Why are all the new formats happening at the end of the year when my car is parked up? Hopefully the day is a great success and you can run another one sometime. What kind of car show is it going to be? Normally car show crowds are what wreck these track opportunities by rallying around near the venue and pissing off the neighbours who hassle the track owner. Just look at Kiltorcan for proof of that.
michael is there any chance i could pay on the day?
its car clubs that are invited and every one will know the score with messing
etc.
The event is being organised with waterfall promotions
The same guy who has ran cork motorfest for the last 3 years
He runs a tight ship so there wont be any issues arising from the car show aspect
@jeff payment has to be made upfront,if there is any issue with your car before the event you would be entitled to a refund as long as you give notice.

i replaced myself with michael heffernan who booked in with me yesterday
and i thought he was after writing his name in here
which he didnt
so my mess up i am now a reserve
