Ok,, bumping this up as.I've made the decision to go full attack on this to get it finished, had planned to buy a gs300 for rolling around as the 180 is going into storage, decided against it as I'd probably pour a whole lot of cash into the gs and the starlet would never get done, what I really need to move on with this kp are the wheels and rear suspension, 2 pumps and swirl pot, hydro and a few other wee bits, mostly labour involved when I get them bits out of the way,

Tidied up the old seat this evening, new foam all round and spray glue is never far away as my father is an upholstery man by trade,
aaaaaaah,, finaly getting something done with this again,, almost lost it under all the junk,,

door no 2 fitted,, actually a good enough fit for fibreglass but must have been moulded from the most dinted kp doors ever,, wavy and full of knuckle dints,, nothing a bit of blocking wont sort,,

doorbar no3 fitted,, door will need sliced to close properly and if my bends and measurments are correct should be only 4-5mm between the outer skin and the bar,, few gussets and bars needed to tie to the lower one now,,

just goina pump some more cash into this now as I figure if ive got all the bits to finish ive no excuse,, have a massive list of stuff to get finished,, wheels being the biggest and most important part and proving the hardest to find,,
