Its been a while since i updated this last.
Car exterior and interior has changed alot since last yr.
Right 1st off car when for painting going back march to panel beather he had it 5weeks Nd made a hems of it ended up costing more in the long run to get it right. Marcin 1991 on here suppost be to a panel bether hese far from it. Ganster...

So off it went to local panel beather and he made a very good job in only 3 days.

So all good went to mondello the following day to idc round 1 great weekend qualafied 7th and made it to top 16 so was happy with that. Few more changes to be made for round 2 next weekend.Quote:

So i bought pistons. Headgasket. Full acl bottom end. Valve stem seals guides etc amd went for full build.

We did a bit of work on car this eve fitted new engine now just to fire it up tomorrow then off for mapping next week and on for punchestown next weekend all going well

Been a while since i was on here so gona update thread now.
With 2 rounds of idc gone pass and we had 2 throphies for 3rh place semipro rookie things were looking good and was leadind the rookie class and sitting 8th in semipro heading into ennis.
We done reli well in punchestown qualafied 11th in semipro on 1st qual lap and bust a gearbox on the 2nd so the brother and crew changed the gearbox for me in 20mins on the floor to get me back out for battles which i made it to the top 8 and their ileft was very happy with the weekend considering their was over 75 cars their sat morning.

So ennis it was went up their on sat morning with weather i didnt want to see. Rain and wind and more rain. Pratice it was wet and it dryed up for qualafying so made things very thricky. So 1st qual lap their was an oil spilage on entry which i came in to fast and pushed me wide. 2nd qual lap was my own fault trying to hard for a big score and spun so i was dissapointed to say the least as i wanted to do well and get some more points on the board.

Was getn bored of ooking at the car today and was quiet in the afternoon so i tryed the wheels from my road car see how gheh look anx they look savage so i think it mayb next yrs look if i can find someghing else for road caf with similar dish and offset etc

They look well alright I like the orange and green colour combo too tho some mental dish wed kranze would look unreal on ur road car
The cacmotorsport 180sx went out for some testing last weekend at wgh superdrift wih the few changes we made car is now alot better to drive and also has more rear grip and steers alot better on front. The day went reli went was a great day out and with a small few issues early morning all was sorted for lunch time and had a great afgernoon.

So after putting in 1 full year of compeative drifting iv decided to go full on and build a car for next year. 1st year went reli well finished up 4th in rookie semipro after missing round 5 of thks year I was happy wat I achived in my 1st year drifting. Learned alot and made some good friends along the way.
so for next year I decided I need more power and with .ore power need more grip and so on and so fourth ha. So was thinking bout 2.2 sr then was going to go for rb25 bjt decided on the toyota 1jz hearing alot of good about these so going for 480ish hp 1jz.
I will be runing nissan 350z gearbox on the back of it..

You can buy a sr22 striker kit from apex in the uk for 1100 sterling! Be handi built just need to bore the block to fit 87mm pistons but I thnk 1js are just epic the sound alone! This build will be class either way ha
480hp in a 4 cylinder and 480hp in a 6 cylinder are 2 completely different kettles of fish, and the jz will be more reliable in that power figure compared to an sr. Good luck with the build Ant, so far all generations of this car is getting better and better
