Nice Project lad, would cutting out the rear shelf not weaken the car?? Or am i silly??

Also, let me know how you get on with the Act Clutch lad as i plan on running one next year :)

yea you are right but the reason for doing it was so that i could put the cage directly onto the struts for extra ragidity so this should more than make up for it!no problem lad i will keep you informed!

im really liking this project cant wait to see it finished best of look wit it..

They can boil very quickly in the m3 when

this is the stage i am at now!will hopefully get the cage finished this week and make a start on fitting rear subframe and gearbox!

act clutch kit looks like a nice bit of kit, will be interesting to see how it goes for u as i have been recommended to run one when i go m3 powers, where did u get it and much was it? if u dont mind me askin :) pm if u like

Lovin this build class lookin clutch on my second standard one
Last one jus smashed the pressure plate in shite and had ta put
Flywheel in too but that's going back 3 years now and cost the most
Part of a grand by the time it was fitted. Are ya changing to solid flywheel?

@m3con yea went for a prolight flywheel as shown on the right of the picture.11lbs over the standard 25lbs flywheel iirc!
